How we count
The figures compare the prices Apple lists for new products in each country; refurbished prices are not included. Only configurations with a price in the US and in at least ten countries are used. Each country's number is the median, over those configurations, of its price in US dollars divided by the US price in US dollars. Prices are converted at the exchange rates of October 9, 2026. Prices are shown the way Apple lists them: before sales tax in the United States and Canada, tax included in the other countries, and we do not adjust for tax, so the numbers are not the price you would pay. The full rules are in the data methodology.
