Terms of Use

RestockOwl is operated by Marfik Inc., a company incorporated in the State of To be added, United States ("we", "us"). It shows prices, refurbished listings, restock history and Apple Store pickup availability collected from Apple's public store pages, and emails restock alerts to account holders.

We do not sell products, take orders or payments, or reserve stock. Any purchase you make is between you and Apple, on Apple's terms.

RestockOwl is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc.

Apple, Apple Store, iPhone, iPad, Mac, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the United States and other countries and regions. We use these names only to identify the products our data refers to.

Prices, stock status, restock history, pickup availability, exchange rates and everything derived from them are collected automatically and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Apple's own site is the authority. Check the price and availability there before you make a decision.

How the data is collected and where its limits are is described on the data methodology page. That description is information, not a promise.

On RestockOwl, "in stock" means only that our last check saw the product listed. Stock can sell out within moments, and Apple can change or withdraw a listing at any time.

An alert is sent on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that an alert will be sent, that it will arrive in time, or that the product will still be available when you reach Apple's site.

• Alerts are free.
• An account can have up to 3 alerts at a time, and an alert lasts 30 days unless you renew it. We may change these limits.
• Use an email address that is yours. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• You can delete your account and all your alerts at any time.

How we handle your email address is described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• collect the site in bulk by automated means (scraping, crawling or mirroring), or republish its data as a dataset, without our written permission;
• send requests at a rate that burdens the service, or try to get around rate limits or access controls;
• create accounts in bulk or by automated means, or use someone else's email address;
• interfere with the service or try to access data that is not yours;
• use the service in any way that breaks the law.

Search engines and AI crawlers that follow our robots.txt may crawl public pages at a reasonable rate. You may quote individual figures if you name RestockOwl as the source and link to the page.

RestockOwl is the name of our service. The site's design, its text and its compilation of data belong to Marfik Inc., and you may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms gives you any right in Apple's trademarks or content.

RestockOwl links to Apple's site and, in places, to maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for what happens there.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RestockOwl is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Marfik Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from relying on the data, including a missed purchase, a price difference or a product that was no longer available.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

We may suspend or close an account, or block access, if these terms are broken or if it is needed to protect the service. You can stop using RestockOwl at any time and delete your account. We may change or discontinue any part of the service.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we also tell account holders by email before it takes effect. If you keep using RestockOwl after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of To be added, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
